Privacy Policy

How Orbit Rush handles information, in plain language.

Effective date: 27 August 2026Last updated: 14 October 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Kermizi ("we", "us", or "the developer") handles information in connection with the mobile game Orbit Rush (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal information that identifies you.

The App is a self-contained game. Your game progress — best score, coins earned, unlocked orb skins, core effects, ring styles, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to any server we control.

Information We Collect

We (the developer) do not collect any personal data directly. The App has no accounts, no login, and no backend server of our own that receives your data.

Usage analytics. The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to understand how the game is played so we can improve it. It records gameplay events such as runs started and finished, scores, coins earned, boosts, upgrades and cosmetics used, daily boxes opened and ads watched, together with an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, app version, and approximate location (country or region) derived from your IP address. It does not identify you by name or contact details. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics is only turned on if you consent in the App's consent form; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Choices.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve ads, AdMob and Google may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

  • Device advertising identifiers (Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, if you allow tracking, or Google's advertising ID on Android) and other device identifiers
  • IP address and approximate (non-precise) location derived from it
  • Device type, operating system, and app-usage information related to ad delivery
  • Information about how you interact with ads (for example, ad impressions and clicks)

This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy. We do not receive this data in a form that identifies you.

How Information Is Used

  • To display advertising. Google uses the information above to deliver and measure ads within the App (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded-video ads).
  • To understand and improve the game. Aggregated analytics (for example, how long players keep playing, which features are used, and how ads perform) help us balance the game and decide what to build next.
  • To store your progress locally. Your game data is saved on your device so you can resume where you left off. Deleting the App removes this local data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described above:

Your Advertising Choices

You can limit ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings:

  • On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  • On Android: Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices, Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. If you are in a region where consent is required, the App shows Google's consent form before it requests any ads. You can choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. To change your choice later, open Settings → Privacy Choices in the App.

Tracking permission on iOS. On iOS, the App asks once for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow it, Google may use your IDFA to show more relevant ads. If you decline, the App does not access your IDFA and you still see ads, but they are less personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Data Retention & Security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to retain. Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase is retained and secured in accordance with Google's policies and retention settings.

International Users

The App is available internationally. Any data processing performed by Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase is governed by Google's global privacy practices, which include protections for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other regions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
